Death.

It's inevitable. But today, I'm not here to talk about my own. Instead, about the things that happen when our very close ones do. Technically, death is something we all know is coming our way, it's actually no surprise. Yet, emotions, like they say, always come in a lot. There are some people we have known since our birth, who we look up to, to correct our mistakes and right our wrongs. People that don't have to say that they're always there for us, because they prove it being there. People who we don't just look up to for advice or help when we need it, but also people that are with us in crime and the fun-modes too. The people we lunch with every other day, and it still doesn't feel enough. I write with blurry vision as I tell you, that someone just like that to my father passed away. Now you'll say, he wasn't close to you, right? Why you being such a baby about it?  It doesn't work like that. When someone so close to someone you're very ...

Difficulties.

You're on the top of the World. (Literally, since I was at the top of Burj Khalifa.) You're the happiest you've been in quite some time. You know that things are going to be okay, and that they're gonna fall in place. Things are perf. No fights with friends, long talks with bffs, visiting your dream place, sitting in all the rollercoasters, visiting haunted houses, breaking rules and not getting caught, everything a little girl wishes for. But of course, this isn't life. Life is what gives you a good time for a couple of hours or, if you're lucky, days. And well, if you've done great in your exams, weeks. But it's not supposed to be easy. It's supposed to be so freaking hard that you feel like giving up. But you can't. You shouldn't. You fight your way back up and lift yourself. Because when the person you love the most doesn't trust you, you tend to lose hope. Cry, grieve, but get over it. People aren't always what they seem like. ...

Unanswerable.

I'm not exactly who'd you'd call an emotional person, I suppose. Some call me cold- hearted, while some look upto my strength and ask me where I get it from. I tend to usually not give in to the hate, and the eye rolls. But at some point of time, you break down. No matter how sweet you've been to a person, and done everything capable by your living self, some just hate you. Without any reason. That's the worst. My best friends tell me that they're just jealous, and that's why they hate me. But what could truly be the reason? I'm not really someone who'll just accept things, just like that. I need reasons. I need my answers. Whether it's about why a murder took place or about why Baskin Robbins and not Naturals. I need answers. Recently, I haven't felt my true self, "cold-hearted" or "strong" whatever you call it. I give in to the hate, to the eye rolls and to even the slightest jokes made on me. I didn't need answer...

Whatever It Takes

There are some people who are part of our lives, and we don't even know them. They may be playing the smallest parts of our lives, maybe just crossed paths with you, or maybe someone who you rolled your eyes over. But under some circumstances, you meet those people. You meet them and they make you smile. They make you feel good about yourself like nothing else ever did. They are the gems of people, who cannot disappoint you, even if they try to. It is their life goal to protect you, no matter what, even if that's from yourselves. They keep us from going CRAZY, and they are the only constant thing in your life that's officially not messed up. They'll do whatever it takes to keep you safe, keep you happy! They're the adrenaline in your body that make you feel butterflies every time you see them! People like those are keepers, and no matter the silly fights you have, you shouldn't be affected by what people say. It's your life, your decisions, why should the pe...

Scribbled

Who knew dreams could change our beliefs towards people? We barely even remember those dreams minutes after we wake up. Smiling, grinning and just happiness? My friends used to tell me to give up.. i probably should, is what I thought at that time. Because self respect, right? And well, of course, everyone has their breaking point at some phase in their life, that's just a fact. And I happened to think that was mine. Naturally, after all the ups and downs, at some time you just feel like giving up, don't you? That's just human. But I was wrong. And so was everybody else. If I hadn't believed, I hadn't hoped, I don't know what life I would be living right now. Hoping is what defines us, it's the one constant thing that isn't affected by environmental changes. Hope keeps us from completely breaking down. Hope keeps us believing. Hope is our escape, our real show of colors, it's something you can't even lie to yourself about. It's a portrayal o...

Part 2: Caskett, and their endless love.

//Continuation// Weeks passed by. Everything was different. After all the frosts and tough times, there wasn't a trace of chill in the air. Enough bitterness. The mildness and warmth were scarcely believable. The sea lay, violet colored, hush- hushing, turning and heaving, not breaking into foamy waves, it was one sinuous ripple from shore to horizon, its sound, the muted sound of distant forests of peace. Lanie, the forensic analyst, Kate's best friend visited her in the hospital daily. One such day she woke up. "Where you been, Kate?! I was so worried 'bout you girl!" "Lanie! So good to see you! Where's Castle?" "Right outside. He visited you more than I did Kate! Something going on? Did you guys finally get together?" "Relax, Lane. Don't call him yet. I need to talk to you." "Can't it wait? You've been out for 3 weeks Beck." "Oh. But it can't. This is really important!" "Brin...
