Simple Complications

Happy new year guyssss :D I hope this year you have a transformation of personality, an update to who you are right now. Like from Kit Kat to Marshmallow. I hope this year you get over that heartbreak. I hope you wake up with the biggest laughter. I hope that you close your eyes with smiles, instead of crying yourself to sleep. I hope that you wake up and kickass every single day, and create a new whiff of aura around you. I hope that when you wake up you're walking on a metaphorical red carpet, one that treats you with as much royalty you deserve. And most of all, I hope you figure out the best people you are able to vent to. Now I'm not saying that they'll all be good days, but you have to be prepared. Surrounded by the familiar faces and listening to voices she grew up with, inhaling smells she grew up to love, touches her fingers were used to. Yet, it was kind of funny how she could not recognize even one of them. She could only look at them and think of the times they were the ones who provided her with rope and water when she was trying to climb the mountain of life. She missed the days their laughter and smiles weren't plastered. When they said things they meant, made promises which were to be kept. The thunder was gone but now she missed it.
